Sintered NdFeB is a third-generation permanent magnet material made of rare earth metal neodymium, iron and boron through powder metallurgy with the strongest magnetic performance in the world. The manufacturing process of our NdFeB materials can be divided into two types including traditional sintering process and hot extrusion process. The traditional sintering process, including high temperature sintering process and grain boundary diffusion process, is mainly used for products of high magnetic energy and high coercive force. And the hot extrusion process is designed for radiating magnetic ring products and capable of N48SH mass production at current stage. In terms of processing, we have a complete system from cutting, surface treatment to inspection and packaging. Currently we can process a minimum size of 0.2mm. For NdFeB magnetization technology, we can achieve programmed magnetization as required by customers. Our products are widely used in the automotive industry, clean energy, medical equipment, aerospace and other fields.
Sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic material has excellent magnetic properties and are widely used in electronics, power machinery, medical equipment, toys, packaging, hardware machinery, aerospace and other fields. The more common uses are permanent magnet motor, loudspeaker, magnetic separator, computer disk drive, magnetic resonance imaging equipment and instruments.
